Oct 14, 2021 | Words of Wisdom

FORGIVE – to cease to feel resentment against; to stop blaming or being mad at someone for something that person has done

Forgiveness is a choice. It may be difficult and even seem impossible to do. Any which way, it’s you who makes the decision to forgive. Ask for the Lord’s help in softening your heart towards the person who hurt you. The act of forgiving does wonders for the soul.

Scripture: Luke 6:37

“Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.”

Saying:

“The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.”

— Mahatma Gandhi
