EFFORT – conscious exertion of power; hard work; something produced by exertion or trying

The effort you put in today determines your success tomorrow. It’s just like putting on sunscreen during summer; effort needs to be applied consistently. When we make an effort, we learn. And whether it produces results or not, we can always adapt based on the efforts made.
