In today’s troubled times it is hard to maintain a grounding in our spiritual beliefs. Taking time to reflect these days seems like a luxurious indulgence.
We think that is such as shame! What could be more valuable to our mind, body and soul than to slow down and reflect – even for just a few minutes a day?
We’ve put together our daily ‘Word’ series to provide a short 3 to 5 minute guided reflection.
We take a common word from the English language and reflect on its meaning – taking guidance from the Bible and wise observers from down the ages.
