In today’s troubled times it is hard to maintain a grounding in our spiritual beliefs. Taking time to reflect these days seems like a luxurious indulgence.
We think that is such as shame! What could be more valuable to our mind, body and soul than to slow down and reflect – even for just a few minutes a day?
